ABOUT

About Boudoir CRM

Why a boudoir-specific studio platform is being built, what we are willing to claim, and how the product is developed in the open.

This is an interface prototype. Nothing is submitted to a production system and no live service is connected.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Generic photography software was never designed for this work

A boudoir session involves a level of trust that ordinary client management tools do not account for. A message arriving on the wrong device, an image appearing on a channel the client never agreed to, or a teammate opening a gallery they were never assigned to are not minor administrative slips. They are the failures that end a studio's reputation.

Boudoir CRM exists because that risk deserves a system, not a set of personal habits. The same platform that runs inquiries, sessions, sales, and analytics should also be the one that keeps discretion intact when the studio gets busy.

PRINCIPLES

How we make decisions

  • Privacy is the product, not a setting

Discretion, consent structure, and scoped access are built into the workflow rather than added as options a busy studio never turns on.

  • Say only what is true today

Every capability carries an availability label. Planned work is described as planned, and we do not borrow credibility from certifications we do not hold.

  • Built with studios, not at them

The lifecycle, the roles, and the language come from how boudoir studios already describe their work, not from a generic CRM template.

  • Plain language over dashboards

The system tells you what needs attention in a sentence a person can act on, instead of leaving you to interpret charts.

CURRENT STAGE

Where things genuinely stand

  • Where the product is

Boudoir CRM is in active development and in a prelaunch phase. What you can explore on this site is the product definition and interface direction, not a live production system.

  • How we are building it

A small group of founding studios shapes each release. Their workflows decide what gets built next and what gets cut.

  • What happens with your details

Interest forms on this site are demonstrations. When real submissions open, we will say so on the form itself and explain exactly what is collected.
