What this production-test website collects, how public inquiries are handled, and how optional aggregate analytics is controlled.
Public inquiry forms submit only the information required to respond. Provider delivery and account creation are separately configured and verified.
Scope of this page
This page describes the public Boudoir CRM website and its private production-test program. It does not replace the service agreement or studio-facing privacy terms provided during onboarding.
Nothing here is legal advice, and it does not create obligations for your own studio.
What the forms on this site do
Early-access, demo-request, and contact forms submit the fields shown on the form to a bounded server-authorized inquiry workflow. They do not request intimate session details, images, payment data, or account credentials.
Because of that, please do not enter client names, session details, or any other sensitive information into these forms.
Information stored in your browser
Small preferences, including your cookie choice and whether you dismissed the announcement bar, are stored locally so the site does not repeat itself. Optional analytics and campaign attribution are stored only after consent and exclude authenticated workspace paths and client data.
The studio privacy checkup keeps your answers in the page only. They are cleared when you reload or start over.
Private production testing
Studios admitted to production testing receive complete terms covering collection, purposes, retention, processors, international transfers, and data rights before real studio data is accepted.
Every form states what it collects. Provider-dependent follow-up is configuration-gated and the interface does not claim an email or text was delivered without provider evidence.
